Why I built PRTO
I spent five years on my first startup while holding a full-time job, always busy, at the cost of family time. Most of my hours went to internal operations instead of the work that mattered, and we ran out of funds before revenue could cover the team's salaries, so I had to close it. Closing it forced me to question my operating model, and the uncomfortable answer was that I had been working in my own bubble. That's why I built PRTO.
